Police have confirmed that three children who went missing during a day out to Thorpe Park have been found “safe and well”.

Surrey Police have released an image of Khandi, 14, Amelia, 9, and Malik, 7, after they were reported missing at around 7pm on Monday evening (June 17). The trio had been enjoying a day out at the theme park in Chertsey when they went missing.

The force has now confirmed that all three have been located in London. North Surrey Detective Superintendent Trevor Struthers said: “We appreciate the concern that this incident caused, especially given the children’s ages and the fact that they were missing overnight.
