Molly Marsh returns to Love Island along with five other bombshells for Casa Amor

Surprise Molly Marsh is back! However it wasn’t much of a surprise really as fans speculated she would be after the Love Islander was dumped just a few weeks ago.

Let’s back up a minute, Molly was coupled up with Zachariah Noble but after season two Kady McDermott stole him from her. Molly was sensationally dumped from the island with immediate effect. But in Sunday night's episode Molly returned along with five other bombshells who arrived at the Casa Amor Villa.

The show has seen contestants from previous series return to the villa. We saw Adam Collard from season four return in series eight and Kady from series two return in series ten.

It’s also not the first time producers have brought back an islander who has only just been dumped. OG Love Island fans will remember Malin Andersson came back after she was dumped from the island. Although she didn’t go back into the villa she did confront ‘boyfriend’ Terry Walsh after he had quickly moved on with Emma Jane Woodham.

This is the first time the dumped contestant has returned to the villa and if picked by one of the boys could still be in with a chance of winning.

Viewers took to Twitter to share that they are not happy and believe Molly now has an unfair advantage after being back in the real world.

One Love Island fan wrote “It is sooooo unfair bringing Molly back after being on podcasts, catching up with family, seeing what the community thinks, and from the way this looks, it looks like she's gonna be over Zach and throwing herself at Scott knowing that he's a fan favourite.”

Another appeared to agree “letting Molly go home, get an idea of what’s going on on the outside, public perception and to see her family and regroup is not a plot twist it’s just plain unfair.”

A third person wrote: “Her coming back into the villa doesn’t make sense at all.”
