This Morning’s Vanessa Feltz reveals daughter was rushed to hospital after fall

Vanessa Feltz’s daughter Allegra fell on her way home from work and the TV presenter said that “She went flying on an uneven slab of pavement. She hurtled through the air and we think that she hit her face as she fell on another sticking up, jagged, uneven slab of pavement.”

Vanessa went on to tell This Morning’s Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard that her daughter Allegra had to be rushed to hospital and that she was “extremely badly injured” and was left lying in a “spreading pool of her own blood.” Vanessa Feltz’s daughter fell in Hendon, North West, London and told This Morning viewers that after being rushed to hospital, Allegra underwent an MRI scan as it was believed that she might have broken her elbow in two different places. 

The Mirror also reported that Allegra” also suffered a laceration under the chin which needed stitches, as well as a black eye and cuts all over her face and body. Vanessa added that her hand and shoulder might also be broken.”

Vanessa’s daughter Allegra has now returned home from hospital and she went on to speak about the dangers of uneven pavements, Vanessa also said: “I just don’t want anyone else to take a fall, but also you don't want to spend all your life looking down and picking your way along the pavement like it's an obstacle course.”

Vanessa has two daughters, Allegra and Saskia, from her marriage to Michael Kuruer. After the couple divorced, Vanessa was in a long-term relationship with Ben Ofoedu and the pair were together for 16 years before splitting in February 2023.

Vanessa Feltz’s relationship with Ben came to an end after multiple allegations emerged that he had cheated on her and she said after the split that “I’ve been so hurt, crushed and dismayed, and worried about the future.”
