In the midst of his divorce from long-time wife Ruth Langsford, Eamonn Holmes has found solace in the form of a family friend.

Last month, people were stunned by the news that one of TV’s golden couples would be separating after 14 years of marriage. It came after Langsford, 64, found messages between Holmes and another woman.

NationalWorld previously reported that Holmes was seeking solace in a relationship counsellor, who is in her 40s, in the immediate aftermath of the divorce news. Reports from the Sun suggest that he “has been on outings with the woman, including to a safari park, and showered her with gifts”. Now, it has emerged that additional support during his separation is coming from a family friend in Surrey, who has known the couple for many years.

It has now been suggested that Eamonn is finding solace with his facialist, Lisa Harris, amid the surprising split.

Speaking to the MailOnline, another family friend said: "Lisa has been there to support him during marriage problems in the past few years. They've even been out recently together. She's grown close to him and been there to offer a shoulder to cry on during the past few years whilst his marriage to Ruth has fell apart."

The source further mentioned that Eamonn has been a frequent client at Lisa's salon for years, and they even attended a management party together in 2022. Lisa also celebrated Eamonn and Ruth's win at the National Television Awards (NTA) the previous year in an Instagram post from her business account.

Accompanying a picture of the couple, she wrote: "Well done for winning the NTA, very well deserved, see you both soon."

Lisa is also well-regarded among other celebrities, including Gladiator Jenny Pacey and Dancing On Ice choreographer Jason Gardiner. She has been involved in the skin industry for almost 30 years, and has an ethos that natrual treatments work better than things like fillers - which she has publicly suggested is “actually ageing” celebrities.

Her treatments are so exclusive that new clients must fill out a consultation form online prior to any appointments being made, and according to her website, there are finance options available to spread the cost of treatment.
