Maya Rudolph is to replace ‘polarising’ M & M mascots while Kylie Jenner’s controversy over dress continues

American comedian and actress Maya Rudolph is certainly hotter than hot right now. She is to appear in M & M’s Super Bowl ad and says she is a “lifelong lover of the candy.” The Bridesmaids star is taking over from the brand’s famous ‘spokescandies’ which have attracted a lot of controversy for being ‘too woke.’

Next up today is Harry Kane. If truth be known, I felt rather uncomfortable putting Arsenal footballer Eddie Nketiah as a not yesterday. I know it was thoroughly deserved, but you try telling that to someone who lives in a household of Tottenham supporters!

Thankfully (for me!) Harry Kane scored an incredible goal and gave Spurs an away victory at Fulham last night. He also equalled the legendary Jimmy Greaves’ record as Tottenham’s all-time top scorer for the club, so he is definitely justified to be featured on PeopleWorld’s hot list today.

From the world of football to the world of both rapping and gaming and The Kid Laroi takes last spot on our hot list. If you have been fortunate enough to escape the phenomenon of Fortnite, all I can say is lucky you!

Seriously though, I know it is an incredibly successful game and they have just introduced The Kid Laroi’s Wild Dreams, which starts on January 27. Australian rapper, singer and songwriter The Kid Laroi is in esteemed company when it comes to stars who have collaborated with Fortnite. He follows in the footsteps of Travis Scott who performed a surreal concert inside the game.

Now who is featured on PeopleWorld’s not so hot list today…

First up is Ana de Armas. Although we are well and truly into awards season, there is one award you don’t want to receive and that is a a Razzie. The Razzie Awards pick out the ‘worst’ movies and actors of the year. Although Ana is not up for worst actress for her role as Marilyn Monroe in the biopic ‘Blonde,’ the movie is nominated for worst picture and Andrew Sominik for worst director and screenplay.

Next up is Mitch Winehouse, the late Amy Winehouse’s father, who has responded to criticism of the upcoming biopic on his daughter’s life. Many fans have taken issue with the actress Marisa Abela playing Amy as they say she doesn’t look anything like her, but Mitch has said that there is too much emphasis on looks in Hollywood films.

Last up today is Kylie Jenner whose faux lion head dress is continuing to cause controversy. Amid conflicting PETA responses, the likes of Carrie Johnson and photographer Misan Harriman have all spoken out against the fashion house Schiaparelli.
